What Parents Ask Us

Is GSL safe for my child online? +

Yes. All Zoom sessions are monitored, recordings are available, and mentors are verified. We follow strict child safety protocols and never share student data with third parties.

How do I track my child's progress? +

You receive regular email reports with attendance, quiz scores, and mentor feedback. You can also contact your child's mentor directly at any time via email or WhatsApp.

Can I attend sessions with my child? +

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to join any session. We actually encourage parents to attend the first few sessions to understand what GSL is all about.

What if my child misses a Zoom session? +

All sessions are recorded and available in the student dashboard. Your child can watch the recording and complete any assignments at their own pace. Make-up sessions can also be arranged.

Is there a refund if we're not satisfied? +

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid plan session. We're confident you'll love GSL, but we don't want you to feel trapped — ever.
